Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before submitting your CV or completing payment with LeaderCV. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Scope of Service
LeaderCV provides the Executive Positioning Dossier — a structured, scored CV evaluation and positioning service for senior government professionals making a strategic move into the private sector.
The Executive Positioning Dossier evaluates how your CV reads to private-sector decision-makers, including retained executive search partners, C-suite leaders, and Boards. Each dossier includes scored analysis across seven dimensions, gap identification, repositioning recommendations, and a suggested rewritten executive summary calibrated to your target sector and level.
This service is a CV evaluation only. It is not:
Career coaching or ongoing advisory services
Resume writing, editing, or rewriting
Job placement or recruitment services
A guarantee of employment, interviews, callbacks, or any particular outcome
LeaderCV makes no representations or warranties regarding employment outcomes resulting from use of this service.
2. Eligibility
The Executive Positioning Dossier is designed exclusively for professionals transitioning from federal civilian service, the military, or the intelligence community at GS-13 through Senior Executive Service level, or the equivalent.
Submissions from ineligible candidates will not be processed, and no refund will be issued. By proceeding to payment, you confirm that your background qualifies under the eligibility criteria stated above.
3. Payment Terms
The investment for the Executive Positioning Dossier is $600.00 USD. Payment is collected at the time of submission via Stripe. The price displayed at the time of your submission is the price you will be charged. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery Terms
Your Executive Positioning Dossier will be delivered to the email address provided on the intake form within two business days of confirmed payment and receipt of your completed intake form, including your pasted CV text. This is the authoritative delivery address regardless of the email address associated with your payment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET. U.S. federal holidays are excluded.
Submissions confirmed by 2:00 PM ET will begin processing that business day. Submissions confirmed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
The delivery clock does not begin until both confirmed payment and a complete CV submission have been received.
Payment alone does not initiate processing. Your submission is not complete until both payment and your completed intake form, including your full CV text, have been received.
5. CV Submission Requirement
CV submission is required to complete your order. You will be prompted to paste your CV or résumé as part of the submission process following payment.
If you experience a technical issue during submission, contact hello@leadercv.com, and we will ensure your submission is completed and your dossier is processed.
LeaderCV provides positioning, translation, and presentation strategy based on materials supplied by the client. Verification of the factual accuracy of submitted content, including but not limited to titles, dates of employment, scope descriptions, credentials, and quantified achievements, is the sole responsibility of the client. LeaderCV is not retained to and does not perform background verification, employment verification, or fact-checking of supplied materials.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because each Executive Positioning Dossier requires substantial personalized analysis that begins upon submission confirmation, refunds are not available once intake is submitted.
7. Confidentiality and Data Retention
CV text, dossier content, and any associated personal or professional information are permanently deleted from our systems 30 days after delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All assessment frameworks, methodologies, evaluation criteria, scoring systems, and written materials produced by LeaderCV are the intellectual property of LeaderCV. They may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
LeaderCV's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. LeaderCV is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Executive Positioning Dossier or reliance on its findings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
